Refunds:

New Products

If  you unhappy with a new item that you have received from us please Contact us within 14 days . If there is a fault with the item or it is damaged we will replace the item for you. If the item is not as described we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

Returning Refurbished ,second hand  Goods

We understand that when viewing Refurbished,second hand items on our  website it can be difficult to evaluate the item. We do try our best to be as accurate as possible when describing the product

Refurbised ,second hand  Goods/Products that we have for sale on line .  If you are unhappy with an Refurbished,second hand item, we will offer a full refund for the item excluding postage or Delivery charge. If the Refurbised item  is faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund or offer a  Repair for the item.
